There is an old story about an irrational and defensive mother who, while watching her son marching in a parade, complains that everyone is out of step except her own son.

President Obama, as our nation turns sour against his policy, has taken to the bully pulpit in a dramatic exhibition of the same irrationality.
We see the nation turning against him, yet Obama shouts from his pulpit that he is the one who is right, and it is the rest of the world that is out of step.

Doting mothers may be adored for their irrationality, but for the President of the United States to indulge himself in such hypocrisy is nothing less than a national embarrassment.

THE MILANKOVICH THEORY OF CLIMATE CHANGE vs GLOBAL WARMING

The Milankovitch theory describes the collective effects of changes in the Earth's movements upon its climate. The theory is named after Serbian geophysicist and astronomer Milutin Milankovic, who perfected the theory during his internment as a War prisoner during the First World War. Milankovic mathematically theorized how variations in the Earth's orbit and axial tilt determined climatic patterns on Earth.

It?s been a brutal winter for many, and winter refuses to loosen its grip on a good chunk of the country even as spring rapidly approaches. But despite what climate alarmists want you to believe, this season?s bone-chilling cold wasn?t and isn?t some fluke; in fact, according to Meteorologist Joe D?Aleo, average temperatures across the United States in the December-February period have dropped by 2.26 degrees Fahrenheit over the last two decades based on data from the National Climate Data Center. This occurred despite some notably warm winters. Call me crazy, but that sure doesn?t sound like global warming to me; in fact, Earth as a whole hasn?t experienced any warming for more than 17 years. No wonder they?re now calling it ?climate change.?

WILL KYNECT KENTUCKY BANKRUPT KENTUCKY'S MEDICAID ?

Medicaid funding to most primary-care health clinics across Kentucky will be cut starting next month, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services said Wednesday.
The cut is a result of a decision by the U.S. Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and will result in a reduction of $60 million a year to 155 primary-care clinics across the state, cabinet Secretary Audrey Tayse Haynes said.
The clinics provide "safety net" health care services in rural and urban areas.
"It's going to hurt," said Joe Smith, executive director of the Kentucky Primary Care Association. "For the primary-care ... There is currently a waiting list for services and supports and an application will allow your name to be included on the list. Additional individuals are served in chronological order as funding becomes available.

ObamaCare is forcing thru a 14 Percent Cut In Medicare's Home Health Care Program.
More than 3.5 million poor and ill homebound American citizens woke up on New Years Day to discover Obamacare has slashed funding for their home health care programs. It happened because the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services quietly issued a regulation (Nov. 22, 2013) announcing a 14-percent cut in funding over the next four years for the Home Health Care Prospective Payment program.
